We don't have any official signal in the dorm building.
If you have personal wifi router, please make sure you have the correct setting.
For example：(by ASUS wifi router)
Step1：Login your wifi router
Step2：Chose WAN(or Internet) setting
Step3：Change your static ip to Automatic (DHCP)
Step4：Save & Finish it
IF you have any other problems and you really want to use your own wifi router
You can take the device and power adapter to Library build 3F for MR.Kuo, i can help you reset your device.
