網路報修說明事項 Notes for Network Repair Requests

Please note that when submitting a repair request, you must provide the complete IP information and a detailed description of the issue.

We cannot provide assistance based solely on a simple word of "the internet is not working."
All student repair requests are handled in the order they are received. We are unable to provide immediate, on-the-spot service as requested by individual students.
Additionally, students are responsible for their own wireless routers; we do not provide repair or inspection services for them.
Please ensure that the network jack on the wall works properly by connecting it directly to your computer.
